A college student is looking for a data plan for her cell phone. She has found an option that offers a 2 gigabyte monthly allowance for data.

The monthly cost of this plan can be represented by function C, defined by:

C(x) = 30x + 5, where x is the gigabyte of data used over the monthly allowance.

Find C(0.7)

Select the correct answer as well as the correct explanation for the situation.
Group of answer choices
A. C(0.7)= 26 This means the plan costs $26 a month.
B.vC(0.7)= 26 This means that the cost would be $26 if she uses 0.7 gigabytes over the 2 gigabytes allowance in a month.
C. C(0.7) = 50 This means that the cost would be $50 if she goes over the 2 gigabytes monthly allowance.
