b stands for y-intercept

m is the slope

Explanation:

the y-intercept would be 0 in this case. since you aren’t starting anywhere else but on (0,0). the slope of this line would be 4/1. since the line is escalating, the 4/1 is positive.

in short: you plug in for “m” & “b”.

your answer would be y=4/1x.
