Here's the sample response:

World War II was the most destructive war in history. European cities were completely destroyed by the end of the war, and countries’ economies were in shambles. Between 50 and 60 million people lost their lives during World War II, including over six million Jewish people who were killed in concentration camps. At the end of the war, Europeans began to rebuild and to work together to prevent the threat of future war. Another effect of World War II was the rise of the superpowers the United States and the USSR.

Hope this helps! <3

World War II was the deadliest military conflict in history in terms of total dead, with some 75 million people casualties including military and civilians, or around 3% of the world's population at the time. Many civilians died because of deliberate genocide, massacres, mass-bombings, disease, and starvation.
