x + 3y = −4

The last option (-1,-1) is the right answer!
This is because when multiplying both expressions with y which is -1, it gives -3 and -5, and when you add -1 to both -3 and -5, you get -4 and -6 therefore satisfying the solution to the equation! Hope this helps!
