There is a leaky faucet in a bathroom and joey places a bucket underneath the faucet. After 2/3 of an hour 1/8 cup of water has been collected in the bucket. At what rate in cups per hour is water leaking from the faucet

2/3 of an hour and 1/8 cup of water. To solve the equation I would find the common denominator first and make them have the same denominator then add to my 2/3 to make it one hour and add the same to my numerator on the cup. 16/24 of an hour and 3/24 ( 3 times 8 equals 24 there common denominator). Add 8 to 24 to make it 1 hour so add 8 to my numerator on my other number also. 24/24 and 11/24. And now I’m lost but something similar to that process should work
