It can have a parameter of 60 if it is 3in wide and 27 in long.

We find this by looking at the factors of 81.
3 and 27 are factors and if using the formula given we see that length = 30-3 = 27.

Using these factors of 81, the parameter would be 27 + 27 + 3 + 3 which results in 60.
