Use elimination method
(2x + 3y = 6)2
4x + 6y = 12
-4x + 3y = 12
Now add both
9y = 24, y = 24/9 = 8/3
2x + 3(8/3) = 6
2x + 8 = 6
2x = -2, x = -1
Finale answer: x = -1, y = 2 2/3
A. Would be the correct answer
