If you really think about it when 3 parts blue and 2part yellow it means that there 1 more blue than yellow

But if you mix 5 parts blue and and 3 yellow it means that there are 2 more blue than yellow. As we know yellow is a lighter color so its harder to keep the color while mixing and having more blue means that the mixture will be less yellowish more blueish or how we say it. i dont really know how to explain it better but the answer is for sure right
