Answer:

Im pretty sure it would be 2x+3y

Explanation:

one side is x+y and another is x-y and when you combine them you would get 2x and the perimeter is 4x+3y so 4x+3y-2x is 2x+3y. I am not 100% sure but I think i'm correct.
