Answer: they want 980 students enrolled.

Explanation:
20% (of students they want each year up till 5 years) of 70 (students) is 14

14 x 5 = the 70 students
70 x 14 = 980.



(honestly i’m not very sure but this is what math i did to get the answer, if i’m wrong i’m very sorry and i apologize but this is just what i came up with)
