first we know that FJ = JH cause the bisector, so let's solve FJ first

FJ=X

I think that the whole triangle is a isosceles triangle

so 3x-8=16

x=8

FJ=8 and FJ = JH so

FJ+JH=FH

8+8=FH

16=FH
