The graph of y = x^3 was stretched vertically by a factor of​ 2, reflected across the​ x-axis, shifted horizontally 4 units to the right​, and shifted vertically 4 units down.

Explanation:

if you look at the graph, you can see that it's stretched vertically by a factor of 2, hence the (3,-2), and it's reflected across the axis, and it's shifted horizontally 4 units to the right as it says in the point (4,-4), that's why it moved, and shifted vertically 4 units down because of -4
