It took me a while to figure this out myself, here is how I found the answer:

The question gives sample number(80) and the standard error(0.595).

To get the standard error number they use this equation:


(standard-deviation)/(√(sample-population) )

So to find the standard deviation, take
√(sample-population) and times it by the standard error to get the answer.


√(80) x 0.595 = 5.321841786449499

And then round to the nearest hundredth: 5.32
