Explanation:

When sketching the graph you must note if jeff is going up the y-axis and along the x-axis. In this case, run means he goes up every minute. So when jeff runs he is going up and 2 minutes have gone by. And when he walks he is going up 3 more but slower so it would double the time. Time would be on the x-axis and blocks would be labeled on the y-axis.
