There are no solutions. You can do this by either the substitution or the subtraction method , but either way you get no solutions.
If you multiply 4 times both sides of equation 1 you get
4h + 4 c = 12
If you subtract the second equation from it, you get 0 =/ does not equal -2.

You can clearly see there will be no solutions . These two lines will not intersect.
