Answer:

y = -2x + 170

Explanation:

(30, 110) (40, 90) y = mx + b

x1 y1 x2 y2 90 = -2 (40) + b

90 - 110 = -20 = -2 90 = -80 + b

40 - 30 10 +80 +80

170 = b
