What’s the slope of the parallel line that passes through (-13, -2) and (14, 13).

Answer: 5/9

Explanation:

Slope formula: y2-y1/x2-x1

y2= 13

y1=-2

x2=14

x1=-13

OR

y2=-2

y1=13

x2=-13

x1=14

(You'll get the same answer either way so it doesn't matter which one you choose, I'm gonna go with the first one.)

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

=13-(-2)/14-(-13)

=13+2/14+13

=15/27

=5/9
