Answer:

We can break "climate hazard" down into two distinct words.

Climate: the prevailing weather conditions of a region, as temperature, air pressure, humidity, etc. throughout the year, averaged over a series of years.

Hazard: A source of danger.

A climate hazard is a physical climate-induced event that can put people, animals, and natural resources at risk.

Examples range from rain, to tornadoes, to climate change.

In terms of what they can do to human settlements or to the environment, climate hazards are agents of disaster. Tropical cyclones, thunderstorms, tornados, drought, rain, hail, snow, lightning, fog, wind, extremes in temperature, air pollution and climate change are potentially harmful atmospheric phenomena.

I hope this helps you in the best way possible:)
