Find the slope of the line that passes through the point (4,8) and (3,-3)

i did it and i got 11 i don’t think it comes out as a decimal

Answer:

I don't think it's possible for this to be a decimal because the slope is positive 11.

Explanation:

Use slope formula. x2-x1/y2-y1. Since we always go with the smaller x value we do 8-(-3) / 4-3/ We'll get 11 for 8-(-3) and we'll get 1 for 4-3/ so that leaves us with 11/1 which can't be simplified and has no decimal.
