I am working out to be a better volleyball player. But do I need to worry about my diet? I mean I will try to eat good foods but do I really have to be strict about it? And any tips of what I should eat?​

veggies and fruits are obviously incredibly good for your body when working out, same with drinking tons of water! it is good to have a balanced diet so definitely don’t restrict eating carbs but find healthier ways to incorporate them into your meals ;)
