$\\ \rm\Rrightarrow (IJ)/(IL)=(MN)/(MP)$

$\\ \rm\Rrightarrow (24)/(12)=(MN)/(3.8)$

$\\ \rm\Rrightarrow 2=(MN)/(3.8)$

$\\ \rm\Rrightarrow MN=3.8(2)$

$\\ \rm\Rrightarrow MN=7.6$
