For point (-2, 4) the -2 is the x-axis and the 4 is the y-axis. All points at -2 on the x-axis are A, J, and K. All points at 4 on the y-axis are A, B, and C. Since point A is satisfies both of the places on the x-axis and the y-axis, your answer is point A.
