Answer:

x = ∞ infinite solutions or 0

HI = infinite solutions

ID = infinite solutions.

Explanation:

Oh okay I got this now!

ID + HI = DH

ID + 2x - 4 = 4x + 10 (subtract 2x on both sides)

ID - 4 = 2x + 10 (add 4 on both sides)

ID = 2x + 14

So now ID + HI = DH

2x + 14 + 2x - 4 = 4x + 10 (simplify)

4x + 10 = 4x + 10 (subtract 10 on both sides)

4x = 4x (minus 4x on both sides)

0 = 0

I would plug in 0 as x.

Hope this helps!
