The highest boiling point on the chart is 280 which belongs to Phosphouors, meaning that it has the highest boiling point. If you count it out, -183 you'd have to add 183 to get to 0, with 184 you would have to minus 184 to get to 0. So therefore oxygen's boiling point is closer to iodine.
