It's would be A because the original equation is Y - Y1 = m (X - X1)

Since a coordinate is (x, y) the Y1 = 5 and the X1 = 4

If you plug those in the equation, it will give you y - 5 = m(x - 4)

Now, to figure out the slope, you have to know how you get can to the points (4, 5) from (0, 2). Slope is change in y / change in x. so to get from 0 to 4 for x, you add 4, and 2 to 5 for y, you add 3. Meaning the slope is 3/4. The m in the equation is the slope, so if you plugin the slope, the equation would be

y - 5 = 3/4 (x - 4)
