1. 3 cans of pudding costs $2.48 at Store A and 6 cans of the same pudding costs $4.50 at Store B. Which store has the better buy on these cans of pudding?

Answer:

Store B because if you take 2.48 divided by 3 to figure out the cost per can aka one can it will be 0.826 repeating and that's for store A . While store B you take 4.5 divided by 6 to and get 0.75 per can so Store B is the best option since 0.75 is smaller than 0.826.
