Rearrange the equation by subtracting what is to the right of the equal sign from both sides of the equation :
3/9-(x/15)=0
x
Simplify ——
15
3 x
—— —— = 0
9 15
1
Simplify ——
3
1 x
—— —— = 0
3 15
... the answer is : x = 5
