ITS D. Attached screenshot shows D is correct!

THE ANSWER IS D BECAUSE 2.36 ÷4= 0.59
D IS THE ONLY OPTION THAT REPRESENTS THE .59 (5 columns of tenths + 9 ones= .59)

I CHOSE THE WRONG ANSWER FROM A PREVIOUS POST ON HERE WITH THE SAME QUESTION THAT TOLD ME TO CHOOSE C & LEARNED THE HARD WAY, THAT WAS WRONG. THE ANSWER IS D!
