If f(x) = 3x²+2 and g(x)=x2-9, find (f- g)(x).

Explanation:

Depending on whether or not the g(x) is x^2 or 2x, I have both ways.

If g(x) is x^2 - 9...

--> (3x^2 + 2) - (x^2 - 9) = 2x^2 + 11

If g(x) is 2x...

--> (3x^2 + 2) - (2x - 9) = 3x^2 - 2x + 11
