Answer: 10%

Explanation:

As per given ,

Initial number of people went to pool = 1060

After 4 weeks periods, number of people went to pool = 1060 - 100 +140 -146 ['+' for addition . '-' for decrease]

= 954

The percent decrease in the number of people who went to the pool over these four​ weeks =
(1060-954)/(1060)* 100


=(106)/(1060)*100\\\\=10\%

Hence, the percent decrease in the number of people who went to the pool over these four​ weeks = 10%
