y=1/4x-5

Explanation:

The formula is y=mx+b

m=slope, slope= 1/4

b= y-intercept, which equals -5.

Since there is a negative before the 5, instead of doing y=mx+b, you have to do y=mx-b.

The final formula would look like y=1/4x-5
