Perimeter: 20, Area: 21
Explanation:
Based on points (2,6) and (5,6) : w = 5 - 2 = 3
Base on points (5,6) and (5,-1 ): l = 6 - (-1) = 7
Perimeter: 2 x (3 + 7) = 20
Area: 3 x 7 = 21
