The answer is y = 3x + 6. I corrected it to 3x becuase it wouldn't work if it was -3x. If -3x is one of the choices then mark that as the answer.

y = -1/3x + 6

y = -3x + 2

y = 3x + 6​

We have to plug in the coordinates into the equation. If x or y solved from the equation equal a coordinate in the coordinates, then it will be the correct equation.

1) 6 = -1/3x + 2

-1/3x = 4

x = 12

This equation doesn't work. Even if the other pair works, it still doesn't satisfy (0,6).

2) 6 = -1/3x + 6

-1/3x = 0

x = 0

0 = -3x + 2

-3x = -2

x = 2/3

This equation doesn't work. Even if the other pair works, it still doesn't satisfy (2,0).

3) 6 = -3x + 2

-3x = 4

x = -4/3

This equation doesn't work. Even if the other pair works, it still doesn't satisfy (0,6).

4) 6 = 3x + 6

3x = 0

x = 0

0 = 3x + 6

3x = 6

x = 2

This equation works.
