Your answer is x = 3.

-3(x + 5) = 6 - 3(2x + 4)
-3x - 15 = 6 -6x - 12
-3x - 15 = -6 - 6x
-3x + 6x = -6 + 15
3x = -6 + 15
3x = 9
x = 3
