Because they could just keep like adding on hours and I'd rather be making 2 dollar's more even though the first hour is 15$. If they just keep adding on hours it could add up and be more beneficial. Im sorry if that didnt make sense its hard to explain. :) ask questions if needed lol

Edit: Idk it depends if your only babysitting for a few hours than obviously the $15 and $6 one.

But if you dont know how long your babysitting for or your babysitting for longer than the first option.
