Answer:

y=-(3)/(2)x+1

Explanation:

Slope-intercept form means

y=mx+c

where m is given its the slope which is
-(3)/(2) and we have the coordinates x and y which is (4, -5) and we need to find the value of c which is the y-intercept so we insert all these values into the equation so ,

y=mx+c

-5 = -(3)/(2)(4)+c

-5=-6+c

c=1

now we know the value of slope which is given
-(3)/(2) and we found the value of which is 1 so we put these values into our original slope-intercept form equation

y=mx+c\\\\y=-(3)/(2)x+1
