Answer:

he will need 9.75 yards of fabric i got that from 3/4 x 13= 9.75.

it will cost 78 dollars to buy all the fabric to make the wings. 6x13=78

instead of using 3/4 per butterfly wing we round it to 4/4 that way instead of having to find the price of 3/4 you get the answer and just take 2 dollars for every wing
