Oxidising - When you combine oxygen with another element.

Reducing agent - When an element loses electrons in a redox chemical reaction.

Step-by-step explanation:

Example - Tina combined iron with oxygen and it rusted.

Reducing agent - alkali as an example

Best of Luck!
