what are some questions you can ask a patient without alarming them if you notice they have an irregular pulse ​

If you find that your patient has a higher pulse rate, you could ask simple questions such as, "What is you regular intake of caffeine?" or more concluding question like their family history (health records) and current symptoms. With these questions you can find your patient a simple, non-stressful way of finding there current state of health.
