It is imperative to note that since the european plants cost of processing are getting higher with time , it could be given to other companies who could process it at a lower cost.

Silvio then needs to to get their cooperation and go with his team members to conduct a one-on-one negotiation to speed up the process and ensure more experience for members of his team.
