Answer:

-35n+6

Explanation:

5n(-7n)+6

Okay so there is a term in front of another term in parentheses

This let's us know that we are going to distribute (multiply)

5n × -7n = -35n^2

The reason it's -35 it's because a positive times a negative is a negative

the reason it's n^2 it's because n × n = n^2

Now we can't forget the positive 6!

-35n + 6 is your answer

The reason we don't add the 6 to the -35n is because they are not like terms so therefore we cannot do anything further

The 6 does not have an n attached to it so we leave as it it
