Explanation:

So first you add 2 to -2( crossing it out) and add 2 to 3. Then you simplify giving you the equation of 7x=5x+5.

Then subtract 5x from 7x and 5 giving you the equation of 2x=5.

Ounce done divide your equation by 2, giving you the answer if 5/2 or 2.5.
