y = 1/3x -4

Explanation:

The y intercept is -4 as you can see in the graph. To find the slope look at the graph and find where it perfectly intercepts. It goes up one block and to the right three. So the slope is 1/3 . Since the line is going up to the top right it’s a positive slope.
