Answer:

The Iroquois Confederacy

Step-by-step explanation:

The Iroquois Confederacy were neutral throughout most of the French and Indian War but eventually allied with the British in 1758 which eventually tipped the war in the favour of the British.

The French and Indian War which began in 1754 and ended in 1763 saw the British face New France.

The war was as a result of dispute about who would control the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers and the French Fort Duquesne and escalated when British militiamen under the command of George Washington ambushed a French patrol.

British subsequent attacks against the French were repelled and they suffered casualties.
