Formula = y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Slope = 3/4 or 0.75

Point = (2,-3)

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - (-3) = 3/4(x - 2)

y + 3 = 3/4x - 1.5

y = 3/4x - 1.5 - 3

y = 3/4x - 4.5
