Lucy went to buy apples, she bought the first two for the full price and the last one for half the price. Is the relationship between the number of apples and the cost proportional? Justify an answer

No it is not proportional. Since she brought the last apple for 1/2 the price, the equation won’t be linear (straight line) anymore so it won’t be proportional. Proportional means the same unit rate.
