Another strategy that could use in managing Cultural diversity in the classroom is to maintain consistent communication. Aside from getting to know your students, teachers should also continue to maintain ongoing communication throughout the school year. Scheduling 1 on 1 meetings with students to check in every so often will allow teacher's to consistently improve how accessible the classroom is to everyone. Students can talk about whether they felt included in the classroom culture. This can help identify issues or ways to improve the overall experience. In addition, it is also the teacher's opportunity to discuss their progress in the class and offer guidance on how they can improve, based on their individual needs as a student

Answer:

Managing cultural diversity issues in the classroom can be complex and teachers will have to learn to read the unspoken cues from students. Some students feel their contributions are not as valid because they are do not represent the mainstream or they experience discrimination from other students and staff.

Step-by-step explanation:

There are various ways that teachers can use to manage cultural diversity in the classroom. It is important to build a rapport with each student and get to know more about their background and to maintain a good level of communication with them. One way to do this is to schedule regular meetings with each student individually so that each student can comfortably voice their views and raise any concerns to the teacher regarding accessibility in private. This will allow the teacher to access whether each student felt they were able to participate and that the classroom culture allows for ample inclusion. This would also provide the teacher with a space to talk with each student more specifically about their progress and how they might improve their course performance.
