Answer: x=7, x= -4

Step-by-step explanation: Ok because of the absolute value signs, there are going to be two different equations. The first one is just 2x-3=11. Solve that: 2x=14, x=7. Then because the answer in the absolute value could also be -11 (because absolute values always have to be positive), there is another equation : 2x-3=-11. Add 3 on both sides, 2x=-8, x=-4
