Answer:

So for the first one attribution would be used to make sure no one can commit plagiarism. The second one is just depending on what you are doing and if you try to make money off of it you can potentially get into trouble. The third one is probably just to make sure there is no misinformation. The last one people would use this because if they don't they face a risk at messing it an potentially getting in trouble.
