Analyze the plot of land located in the image below.

Review/Read the claims of country (below). Country A is experiencing a food shortage and needs the land to grow more crops so they can feed their people.

Country B is suffering from poor air quality and environmental concerns. They need the land to stay a natural forest to pump out oxygen, to keep it cool, fight flooding, block the wind, and keep dirt in its place.

Country C has experienced a population increase and therefore a shortage of housing. They need the forest to build more houses and create a residental place for their population to live.

Country D is dependent on oil and has good reason to believe there is oil on the land plot. They need the oil so they can sustain their energy use.

Country B, since they are most adversely affected by their environmental effect. In addition to agriculture, country A has access to additional food sources through international commerce. There are materials other than wood to build with, such as stone and metal, thus Country C can choose to build up rather than spread out further. Country D can replace oil with alternative energy sources like solar. In addition, despite their belief, they are unaware of the oil's existence.

Country B, because due to their environmental impact, they are at the greatest disadvantage. For country A there are other food sources besides crops, such as trade with other countries. Country C can build up rather then expanding out more, and there are other resources to build with other than wood like stone and metal. Country D can use clean sources of energy like solar, rather than oil. Besides, they don't even know there is oil, they just think they know it's there.
